We met twenty years ago, and our shared values and complementary expertise made it clear that we were destined to collaborate. Our Background
Jan de Kroon
Jan has a background in business administration with a strong emphasis on finance and control. He specializes in enhancing management control thus providing leadership of organizational entities with the insights and the knowledge needed for achieving purpose and realizing goals. Jan is keen on getting organizations to be agile and resilient.
Peter Herfkens
Peter's path to consultancy took root in the dynamic business hubs of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With a background in Total Quality and Service Management, Peter has spent over three decades supporting companies through transformative changes. His hands-on approach and his ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization make him an invaluable resource for any company looking to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
