TOP DOWN ENQUIRIES
With Scimus, you can easily ask specific questions to specific target groups in your organisation. Almost like walking onto a department floor. Not a 'one size fits all' standard query, but tailor made: you define your own questions and decide who you want to ask them to: age group, experience, gender, ethnicity, organizational unit, etc. And not once or twice a year, but as often as you feel the need to engage. Surveys are limited to 10 questions each in order to maintain responsiveness.
BOTTOM UP SIGNALING
Raising a flag is one of the oldest signals in the world. It draws attention. In Scimus, every employee has the possibility tot draw leadership attention by raising a flag: red for addressing a (potential) problem, green for asking attention for a best practice or expressing a thumbs-up. All anonymous, to be routed through the confidants in your organization.
SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Scimus provides safety for all involved. It is impossible to connect an individual person to poll answers; every participant's phone or tablet is separated by a Chinese wall from the ID that is used to answer polls. Therefore, people are free to express their honest opinions. Poll results are presented in an overall response and kept in an environment not accessible by any contact of the organization.
